Hi, I would like to give a big POSITIVE shout out to Chicagoland Exteriors. I needed a new roof on my 2 flat home and the garage. I met with Jake who was prompt for our appointment and helped me through the process of keeping my insurance company in the loop the entire time. Jake did a wonderful job of showing me my options and answering all my questions regarding the work, how it would be accomplished, and making sure the scheduled work times and permits all came together flawlessly. On the scheduled work days the crew showed up on time and got down to their task immediately and politely. If I had a question the crew chief either answered it of put me in touch with someone that could. A complete tear off on both the building and garage is a bit concerning to any property owner and these guys understood that too. The work was finished as promised and on time and the results couldn't have been better. Everything was done professionally. I highly recommend Chicagoland Exteriors if you need roof work done.

We had an excellent experience with Chicagoland Exteriors Construction Company. After the most recent hail storm we had many siding/roofing contractors contact us. We chose Chicagoland Exteriors to work with. Nathan, the field supervisor, was excellent in explaining the process , contacting our insurance company and coordinating the installation of new siding and gutters. We were impressed with how easy Nate made this and decided to go ahead and have them install all new windows at the same time. We are very pleased with the outcome and will be recommending them to family and friends. We like doing business with honest, trustworthy people.

The project manager clearly communicated the job scope and answered all my questions, and they worked with me to resolve a few minor issues that I had once the job was complete. With so many roofing/siding contractors in our area, we were concerned about the completion of our window/siding project. Our salesman indicated the windows could be done in 1 day and the siding completed on another day. Low and behold, his team was responsive to our requests and the work was completed as stated. I had my roof replaced due to storm damage. Chicagoland Exteriors made the process a less stressful experience. Our rep, Jake was there to help me file the insurance claim and was present when the adjuster came to access the damage. I was impressed with the personal attention and guidance through the process and they did a great job replacing the roof. I even referred my neighbor to them. Months later, I needed documentation from Chicagoland Exteriors in order to refinance my mortgage. Jon went out of his way to help me.

From start to finish the Chicagoland Exteriors team and project managers were very professional and responsive. I received new roofing, siding and gutters and love the finished product. They kept me informed from setup to installation and went above and beyond to ensure everything was handled properly.
